Hello, I'm Yamil, a magna cum laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico, boasting a GPA of 3.89. My academic journey has been fueled by a deep-seated passion for Robotics, decision-making processes, human-robot interaction, and cyberpsychology—areas I am eager to delve into further through graduate studies. Additionally, I have a keen interest in continuing my education in System Engineering to gain a holistic understanding of complex systems and their integrations

  • Implemented Python scripting using REST API to pull metrics from Jira ticketing system and process through ElasticSearch for final presentation on Kibana statistical platform.

  • Created Kibana visualizations of collected metrics and system status to assist executive supervisors and clients make better decisions about important tasks.

  • Reverse engineered Python Prometheus script totaling over 1,300 lines of code in order to adapt it to ElasticSearch systems.
